I’m a frog fairy so I have strong connections to frogs, water, and plants in swampy areas. My magic is mostly water based, and I have frog like abilities, meaning I can swim well and breathe underwater!

★ Email correspondence or Twitter messages is my preferred method of contact.
You can email me at [email protected] to get a quote, order a commission, or if you have any questions.
★ Be as concise as possible when ordering
Include reference images - must have a finished reference image. I will not accept just descriptions.
Mention the type of commission you would like, sketch/paint, bust/fullbody/etc.
If you have a specific pose/mood/expression/etc. in mind, include all the details.
★ If you want updates on the commission, please message me for them. I am happy to provide updates, and if I need clarification on a sketch I'll send you an update as well. Usually update sketches will be sent before finalizing the commission.
Payment and Prices
★ I begin work once I receive payment, not before.
Payment for commissions will be either paid in full upfront or 50% of the payment before sketching phase, 50% after sketching phase is finished and approved.
★ All payment is via Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi.
You can make payments with most credit or debit cards via Paypal.
CRYPTO CURRENCY NOT ACCEPTED.

★ Prices are subject to change over time, paid commissions will not be affected.
★ I reserve the right to decide if a character's design is complex and subject to a surcharge. Some details that fall under complex can be, but are not limited to:
-> Feathered Wings, if ordering a Digital Paint
-> Mechanical Parts
-> Armor / Highly Detailed Clothing
-> Complex Patterning
-> Complex Props (weaponry, instruments, ect.)
Process & Changes
★ By commissioning me you acknowledge my right to interpret your character(s) into my own style.
★ Depending on the type of commission/how many commissions I may have at once, the time it takes to finish the commission may vary between a few weeks to months. Pleas be patient as I am still a student with a part time job as well.
★ I accept changes based on things that I have forgotten or missed. This comes at no extra fee as long as that information was included in the original reference sheet or description.
★ Changes to details that were not previously mentioned may come at an additional charge depending on the change itself. I'm lenient on smaller changes, but reserve the right to decide if a change is subject to a surcharge.
★ Changes to a pose may come at an additional charge depending on requested changes.

★ I send over a rough draft sketch for approval at no extra charge.
I accept pose and detail changes for no extra fee at the Sketch stage only.
★ No changes can be made after commission is fully completed.
Cancellation / Refunds
★ If the commissioner decides to cancel, I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
★ I reserve the right to cancel the commission and issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done due to harassment, improper conduct, or poor communication.
-> Poor communication includes but is not limited to; being hard to reach or unresponsive, being unspecific/incoherent in correspondence, etc.
★ If you need to cancel before sending payment, let me know as soon as possible. Dropping communication instead of formally canceling disrupts workflow. Please keep in mind that before money changes hands, there is no obligation-- I won’t hold cancellation against you or take it personally, as long as you let me know.
Rights/Distribution
★ The prices described here are for personal commissions and as such, I the artist retain all copyright. Feel free to make icons or a personal print, but you may not use them for your own profit. This includes selling prints and merchandise with the artwork.
★ I reserve the right as the artist to use all commissioned pieces in portfolio, commission sheets, online pages, etc. Use any commissioned pieces that are considered fan art as prints, merchandise, etc. Modify, edit, or repurpose a commissioned piece.
★ For custom characters, you may use them for commercial purposes with proper credit. If credit is not given, I reserve the right to ask for compensation.
★ All work will be signed. You may NOT remove the signature or modify the commissioned piece in any way.
★ If the work is a gift, you may request that the work not be posted until the correct time (ex. Birthdays, Holidays, etc.) at no extra charge. Requesting to keep the work private indefinitely may come with a small fee.
★ Please ask if you wish to repost the work anywhere. If you wish to repost, you MUST give proper credits to me. You may not use your commissioned piece in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.
★ You may use commissioned pieces on streams, or for assets as long as proper credit is given.
★ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own OR use it for NFTS.
★ By commissioning me you hereby agree to these Terms and Services.
